Privacy Policy

This site, amandamonger.com, together with my shop and member pages hosted on Kajabi at amandamonger.mykajabi.com, is run by AKM Virtual LLC, doing business as Amanda Monger. Here's the plain-English version of what I collect, why, and what you can do about it. By using the site you agree to this policy.

1. What I collect

Things you give me: your name and email when you join my list or download a free guide; your name, email, and billing details when you buy something (payment card details go straight to Kajabi's payment processor and never touch my hands); anything you write to me by email, form, or Instagram message.

Things collected automatically: the usual website data like your IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, and how you got here. This comes from cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising pixels (for example, the Meta pixel) that help me understand what's working and show relevant ads.

2. How I use it

To deliver what you bought or requested, to send you the emails you signed up for, to answer your messages, to keep the site running and secure, to understand which pages and products people like, and to run ads. I don't sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Emails and texts

When you join my list or buy a product, you'll get emails from me. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom and it works instantly. If you ever opt in to text messages, you'll get occasional texts from me; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to end them or HELP for help.

4. Who I share it with

Only the services that run this business: Kajabi (my website, email, checkout, and member library), payment processors, email delivery tools, analytics and advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, and the Instagram and community platforms I use. Each of them has its own privacy policy. I may also share information if the law requires it or to protect my rights.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files that remember you between visits and let analytics and ad tools work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like checkout and your library login, may not work without them.

6. How long I keep it

As long as you're a customer or subscriber, and afterward as long as I need it for records, taxes, or legal reasons. Unsubscribe and you stop getting emails right away; the record of your purchases stays so you can keep accessing what you bought.

7. Your rights

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. If you're in the European Union, United Kingdom, California, or another place with privacy laws that give you extra rights, those rights apply and I'll honor them. Just email me.

8. Security

I use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfect, though, so I can't promise absolute security. If a breach ever affects your data, I'll let you know as the law requires.

9. Kids

This site is for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given me information, email me and I'll delete it.

10. Other sites

I link to other websites, including affiliate links. I'm not responsible for their privacy practices, so check their policies too.

11. Changes

If I change this policy, the date at the top will change. Big changes I'll mention by email.
