Welcome! This website, amandamonger.com, together with my shop and member pages hosted on Kajabi at amandamonger.mykajabi.com (and any other pages I run under either address), and everything sold on them are operated by AKM Virtual LLC, doing business as Amanda Monger ("I," "me," "we"). By using this site, joining my email list, or buying anything from me, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or make a purchase.

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that you are.

2. What you're buying

My products are digital downloads and online content: guides, spreadsheets, printables, and similar files. Nothing physical ships. After payment, you get access through your Kajabi library and the email on your order. Access is for you, personally, and it doesn't expire.

3. All sales are final

Because everything here is a digital file that you receive instantly and keep forever, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered for change of mind, not using the product, or deciding it wasn't what you hoped. Please read the product description before you buy, and email me with questions first if you're unsure.

The one exception: if you paid and genuinely can't access your files because of a technical problem on my end, email amanda@amandamonger.com within 30 days and I'll fix it or refund you. Where the law in your location gives you rights that can't be waived, those rights still apply.

4. Personal use only

Everything I sell is protected by copyright and belongs to me. You may print and use the files for yourself and your household. You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload to other sites, or claim any of it as your own. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

5. Payments

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Kajabi and its payment partners; I never see or store your card number. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and can't be applied after the fact. I can change prices at any time, and a price change doesn't entitle earlier buyers to a refund.

6. This is my story, not professional advice

I'm not a financial advisor, accountant, doctor, sleep specialist, or lawyer. I share what worked for me: how I paid off $74,000 of debt, how I fixed my sleep, how I plan holidays and trips. It's educational and for informational purposes only. Your situation is different from mine. Before making financial, medical, or legal decisions, talk to a qualified professional.

7. No promised results

Any numbers I mention (money paid off, money saved, sleep improvements, views, anything) are my own real experience or examples. They are not a promise of what you'll get. Your results depend on your circumstances, your effort, and things neither of us controls. I make no guarantees of any result.

8. Your account

Keep your login private. You're responsible for anything done under your account. I can suspend or end access if these terms are broken (for example, sharing paid files), without a refund.

9. Links and recommendations

I sometimes link to other companies' products or services. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning I may earn a small commission at no cost to you. I only recommend things I actually use. I'm not responsible for other websites or what you buy there.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or my products. If I'm ever found liable for anything connected to a purchase, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

11. Email and texts

When you buy something or join my list, you agree to receive emails from me. You can unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of every email. If you ever opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and you can reply STOP to end them.

12. Changes and governing law

I may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where AKM Virtual LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
